Daniel Imms 2ebc5d904d Resize saved cursor position on buffer resize 
Saved cursor coordinates were not being resized as well which could
lead to crashes when resizing down while the alt buffer is active.

- altIsMeta -> macOptionIsMeta
- Moved isThirdLevelShift into Terminal class
- Moved option check into isThirdLevelShift so it doesn't affect the Windows
  case and also includes the keypress case
- Add public API and typings test
- Add option checkbox to demo

Daniel Imms d0ef868215 Refactor char atlas to enable generation with worker 
This doesn't actually add workers but it separates the code nicely
such that the minimal amount of relevant code can be pulled in by
worker code.

This provides an option for fonts to be more spaced out. This is particularly useful
for fonts that can seem crammed due to not allowing floating point numbers when
drawing, such as Monoid or Operator Mono.
