Add support to ANSI OSC52 sequence to manipulate selection and clipboard
data. The sequence specs supports multiple clipboard selections but we
only support the common ones, system and primary clipboard selections.
This adds a new event listener to the common terminal module
`onClipboard` to allow external implementations to hook into it.
The addon uses the browser Clipboard API to read/write from and to the
clipboard. The default `ClipboardProvider` uses the browser Clipboard
API. This means it only supports read/write to and from the system
clipboard.

Shift+left click is means to force terminal selection and not passthrough
any mouse events, even if a mouse mode is enabled. The change this is
reverting from #4583 caused this feature to break by always installing a
global listener on Terminal.element so the SelectionService never got a
chance to cancel is.
Fixes#4781
The corruption was caused by confusion with page indexes when
merging pages. The fix is to simplify it by deleting all pages
and then just adding the new page.
Fixes#4534Fixes#4351
- Changed the threshold at which pages start to merge from MAX/2 to
MAX.
- If a glyph is about to create a new page that will be merged,
check if the existing row fits when ignoring the row pixel
threshold. This will improve texture utilization by using the
available space before the page is merged and becomes static.
repeatPrecedingCharacter (for REP sequence) changed to look at
the grapheme cluser to the "left" in the BufferLine, and repeat that.
This is an extension of the xterm behavior, and changes the
semantics of REP, so is not fully compatible.
However, the new behavior is cleaner and saner.
Moved precedingJoinState property to EscapeSequenceParser.
