Daniel Imms 34f5b2cb8a Remove option overloads from src 
src/ handles more than that specified (and should incase you're not
using TS), this also reduces duplication as the definitions are only
in typings/

Allow the bellSound to be more easily configurable. You can pass false
to the bellSound and no sound will be played or you can pass it any
source you'd like.
