Daniel Imms f2049694c8 Make the DOM renderer stable 
Also updated the list of features which are not supported now. Note
that this may be moved to an addon eventually, this can be part of a
major release rather than included in the comment.

I did a bunch of testing of various ansi escape codes (including
italics) with all three char atlas implementations (none, static,
dynamic), with and without `drawBoldTextInBrightColors`, and with and
without `enableBold` to test all of the edge cases that I could.

Benjamin Woodruff 24feaabd9a Add a basic dynamic character atlas implementation 
This adds a very minimal implementation of DynamicCharAtlas using a LRU
cache.

I've got some optimizations that I'll add on top of this, but this
proves the concept.

Benjamin Woodruff 8c980bc30d Add a dummy NoneCharAtlas implementation 
This adds the logic needed to switch between multiple char atlas
implementations, and an example second implementation to test it out
with.

This also offers an escape hatch if something goes wrong with the char
atlas implementation(s).

Marek Libra b67b65cd1e Replace inline-styles by external CSS 
Selected inline-styles were externalized to xterm.css.

The `Terminal._charSizeStyleElement` is removed since it
was not used anymore.
