Han-Wen Nienhuys ee41a25c63 ssh: support chacha20-poly1305 cipher

chacha20-poly1305 is an AEAD which performs well without hardware
support. It is recommended as a replacement for the aging arcfour128
and arcfour256 ciphers.

Fixes golang/go#9489

Go Cryptography

This repository holds supplementary Go cryptography libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/crypto/.... You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/crypto.
