Kevin Burke 81db3efc71 nacl/auth: add crypto_auth primitive

This matches the implementation in NaCL, so a user can generate
a crypto_auth digest in another language and verify it with Go, or
vice versa.

Fixes golang/go#20265.

Go Cryptography

This repository holds supplementary Go cryptography libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/crypto/.... You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/crypto.
