Add Industrial & IoT category with FoundryNet Forge

Forge is industrial AI infrastructure that connects AI agents to physical
equipment across 14 protocols and 18 manufacturers. No Industrial/IoT
category existed, so this adds one (placed alphabetically between Home
Automation and Knowledge & Memory) plus the matching table-of-contents entry.
