Add Idapixl MCP servers (algora-mcp-server, web-research-mcp)

Two open-source MCP servers added to Knowledge & Memory:

- algora-mcp-server: Browse and search open-source bounties on Algora (5 tools, no API key)
- idapixl-web-research-mcp: AI-powered web research with search, fetch, and synthesis (available on Apify)
