Daniel Imms d4be839d8d Remove @xtermjs package scope 
Too big of a change for now, I think we should do this when/if we
move to GH package registry (we would have to I think).

Daniel Imms eda04bcb23 Add new search addon, move AddonManager to public 
Because addons build on top of the API it needs to live in public, the main
reason for this is because the implementation of buffer differs on
public/Terminal and src/Terminal.
