Cursor AgentandDaniel Imms 9a65429a30 Split common into primitives and runtime layers 
Reorganize src/common per issue #5963: move building blocks under
primitives/ and services/integration under runtime/. Preserve existing
common/* import paths via TypeScript path mapping. Add src/ARCHITECTURE.md
documenting modules and goals.

Fix two relative imports broken by the directory depth change.

Daniel ImmsandCursor ce1f5f9608 Add MouseEventCssClasses const enum for enable-mouse-events class. 
Centralize the CSS class name in MouseService.ts and use it across mouse mode handling and tests.

Cursor AgentandDaniel Imms fbb2a9710f Add altClickForMouseEvents option for issue #5952 
When enabled during mouse events mode, click/drag/move events require the alt
key while wheel events are unaffected. Selection stays enabled by default
and takes precedence over macOptionClickForcesSelection.
