Daniel Imms 530f758905 Restrict comments to 100 characters 
This is a rule I try enforce in PR but it's a bit of a hassle, this will
give a lint warning when it happens resulting in:

- Yellow underline in supported editors when eslint is installed
- Compilation will succeed since it's a warning not an error
- CI will fail as it does not allow lint warnings

Special case comments are ignored which includes @vt comments, table
comments and commented out code.

Jason Lin 7f64fa9ddd Send corresponding escape code for alt+space and ctrl+alt+space 
The previous behavior is that this combinations do nothing.

Daniel Imms 0b8120808c Prefer microtask to timeout in write queue 
This seems to make little difference but it's more correct as we want
to write as fast as possible to minimize input latency

Daniel Imms 3322418728 Remove shift+backspace -> ^H binding 
This has been there since the first commit of term.js, it's not clear
why it's there but Terminal.app, iTerm2 and kitty seem to just do a
regular backspace
