Add support to ANSI OSC52 sequence to manipulate selection and clipboard
data. The sequence specs supports multiple clipboard selections but we
only support the common ones, system and primary clipboard selections.
This adds a new event listener to the common terminal module
`onClipboard` to allow external implementations to hook into it.
The addon uses the browser Clipboard API to read/write from and to the
clipboard. The default `ClipboardProvider` uses the browser Clipboard
API. This means it only supports read/write to and from the system
clipboard.

* Make terminal take 2/3 of the width, and the options etc get 1/3
* Remove options height limit, which could lead to annoying nested
verical scroll regions. (An inner region for the options inside a
scrollable viewport.)
* id="grid" should be id="class" (since "grid" is not unique in the document).
* Remove space after 'id=' (multiple places).
* Group 3 texture-atlas elements in new <div class="texture-atlas-container">.
- New 'trace' log level in the API, you should expect very spammy logs when
trace is on and filter them down. As opposed to 'debug' which should be more
readable.
- traceCall decorator logs the args and return value of the decorated method.
Wecan use this on key functions in various parts of the code to assist
debugging issues that are hard to reproduce such as #4665.
- Decorated a few webgl render methods for #4665.
- There's an early exit in traceCall when not on the trace log level so the
runtime impact when not in trace is negligable.
Part of #4665
