Ensure linkifier cancels mouse event when being handled
...
The terminal mouse events handling code was being run before links were
being considered. This caused clicking link to have unexpected behavior
in mouse mode term apps.

Calculate mouse coordinates using correct char dimensions

Previously the Mouse class was using raw CSS pixels, we need CSS pixels based
on the amount of space the cells take up on the canvas
