fix: repair corrupted tsconfig.json files from regex script
...
- Fix malformed skipLibCheck and types array closing braces
- Repair broken include arrays and trailing commas
- Add addon typings to addon src includes (paths not restored)
- Normalize formatting to valid JSON with 2-space indent
