Jörg Breitbart cbddbc6e83 some changes in mouse event handling: 
- use onProtocolChange
- remove mouse states from Terminal.ts
- remove selectionService from InputHandler
- fix up events in VT200 mode
- fix move event with no buttons in ANY mode
