- use onProtocolChange
- remove mouse states from Terminal.ts
- remove selectionService from InputHandler
- fix up events in VT200 mode
- fix move event with no buttons in ANY mode

Daniel Imms bfa7a2df76 Move handler into CoreService and adopt 
This also fine tunes some of the data events to not clear selection
and scroll to the bottom of the viewport anymore.
