3 people	f57b8e1534	Update GitHub Actions to Node 24 compatible versions (#6007) ... Upgrade actions/checkout, setup-node, upload-artifact, download-artifact, and codeql-action to their latest major versions that run on Node 24. Replace NathanFirmo/wait-for-other-job with native needs: build for test-unit and test-integration jobs.
