Yaron de Leeuw 3a6c3ce65c openpgp: correct NewEntity name creation ...

Confusingly, `Identity.Name` should actually refer to `uid.Id` and not
`uid.Name`. This fixes the code in NewEntity, and creates a test case to
verify.
