Nicola Murino bb80217080 ssh: don't use dsa keys in integration tests 
DSA has been disabled by default since OpenSSH 9.8, so tests
fail with newer versions of OpenSSH

Bryan C. Mills dbb6ec16ec ssh/test: skip tests on darwin that fail on the darwin-amd64-longtest LUCI builder 
We don't yet understand why these tests fail, but the Apple sshd seems
to have some non-trivial vendor patches, so it is plausibly a
platform-specific bug in the test. Let's skip that failure mode on the
whole platform until/unless someone has time to reproduce and
investigate the failure.

For golang/go#64959.

Also update avo to v0.5.0 in the curve25519/internal/field/_asm module.
It's newer and produces no diff in the generated code.

Bryan C. Mills 0ff60057bb ssh/test: set a timeout and WaitDelay on sshd subcommands 
This uses a copy of testenv.Command copied from the main repo, with
light edits to allow the testenv helpers to build with Go 1.19.

The testenv helper revealed an exec.Command leak in TestCertLogin, so
we also fix that leak and simplify server cleanup using
testing.T.Cleanup.

For golang/go#60099.
Fixes golang/go#60343.

Peter Moody 7d5b0be716 crypto/ssh: allow identities to be constrained. 
The ssh-agent protocol allows the usage of keys and certs added to a
given agent to be constrained in certain ways. The only constraints
currently supported are lifetime (keys expire after some number of
seconds) and confirmation (the agent requires user confirmation before
performing any operations with the private key).
