Bryan C. Mills 0ff60057bb ssh/test: set a timeout and WaitDelay on sshd subcommands 
This uses a copy of testenv.Command copied from the main repo, with
light edits to allow the testenv helpers to build with Go 1.19.

The testenv helper revealed an exec.Command leak in TestCertLogin, so
we also fix that leak and simplify server cleanup using
testing.T.Cleanup.

For golang/go#60099.
Fixes golang/go#60343.

Russ Cox 5ea612d1eb all: go fmt ./... 
Make all our package sources use Go 1.17 gofmt format
(adding //go:build lines).

Not strictly necessary but will avoid spurious changes
as files are edited.

Lars Lehtonen 497ca9f6d6 ssh/test: fix test goroutine error handling 
Adds an error channel to the test helper function
testPortForward() to collect errors that happen inside
a goroutine.

Akihiro Suda 3cddcd6758 ssh: support forwarding of Unix domain socket connections 
This commit implements OpenSSH streamlocal extension, providing the equivalent

Han-Wen Nienhuys a93ee0c91a go.crypto/ssh: Use net.UnixConn for connecting client and sshd. 
This obviates custom code to emulate a thread-safe connection.

Use this for testing that listeners close if the connection breaks.

* Remove special handling for dynamically allocated
  ports. This was a bug in OpenSSH 5.x sshd.

* Run the test with a preselected port number.

* Run TestPortForward only on unix platforms.
