Nicola Murino 79ec3a51fc ssh: allow to bind to a hostname in remote forwarding 
To avoid breaking backwards compatibility, we fix Listen, which
receives the address as a string, while ListenTCP can still only
be used with IP addresses.

Nicola Murino 6b13eef40b ssh: add integration tests against a reference implementation 
As in crypto/tls, we record the connection against a reference
implementation, OpenSSH in our case, and run part of our integration
tests by replaying these recorded SSH connections.

Bryan C. Mills dbb6ec16ec ssh/test: skip tests on darwin that fail on the darwin-amd64-longtest LUCI builder 
We don't yet understand why these tests fail, but the Apple sshd seems
to have some non-trivial vendor patches, so it is plausibly a
platform-specific bug in the test. Let's skip that failure mode on the
whole platform until/unless someone has time to reproduce and
investigate the failure.

For golang/go#64959.

Bryan C. Mills 0ff60057bb ssh/test: set a timeout and WaitDelay on sshd subcommands 
This uses a copy of testenv.Command copied from the main repo, with
light edits to allow the testenv helpers to build with Go 1.19.

The testenv helper revealed an exec.Command leak in TestCertLogin, so
we also fix that leak and simplify server cleanup using
testing.T.Cleanup.

For golang/go#60099.
Fixes golang/go#60343.

Han-Wen Nienhuys a93ee0c91a go.crypto/ssh: Use net.UnixConn for connecting client and sshd. 
This obviates custom code to emulate a thread-safe connection.

Use this for testing that listeners close if the connection breaks.

* Remove special handling for dynamically allocated
  ports. This was a bug in OpenSSH 5.x sshd.

* Run the test with a preselected port number.

* Run TestPortForward only on unix platforms.
