ssh/knownhosts: improve IPv6 support in Normalize

Correctly converts bracketed IPv6:

- [abcd::abcd:abcd:abcd] => abcd::abcd:abcd:abcd
- [abcd::abcd:abcd:abcd]:22 => abcd::abcd:abcd:abcd
- [abcd::abcd:abcd:abcd]:23 => [abcd::abcd:abcd:abcd]:23
