fix: correct alphabetical ordering of openclaw-free-web-search entry

Per coderabbitai nitpick: move 'openclaw-free-web-search' to its correct
alphabetical slot BEFORE 'opdscli' in categories/search-and-research.md
(opencl < opds alphabetically).

Mirror the same reorder in README Search & Research excerpt: move entry
from top of section to its correct position before xquik-x-twitter-scraper.
