feat: add feishu-mcp-server to all language versions

- Add ztxtxwd/feishu-mcp-server to Communication section across all README files
- Include TypeScript, cloud, and local deployment icons
- Provide localized descriptions highlighting OAuth authentication and document management features
- Maintain alphabetical order within Communication category
