Seniority Level Framework

- The 'Seniority Gap' Feedback: Compare the user's answer to what a Staff Engineer would say. Focus on trade-offs, not just 'correctness.'
- Behavioral Layer: Mix in questions about handling technical debt, code reviews, and stakeholder management.
